A fast growing company needs an app to match
With the company’s rapid expansion they were launching three new facilities over the coming 12 months, so with that in mind they needed a whole lot more traffic.
Working closely with Antony Morell, Marketing Director and Ach Ratnayake, Digital Marketing & Events Manager, we listened to them speak about the company and the direction they are heading in.
And identified the company’s key objectives:

Applying our thinking hats we went to work on designing a solution that would help to achieve the company’s key objectives all the whilst facilitating an incredible user experience for the Bounce patrons.
The idea of capturing users in mid-bounce was borne in our early conversations with Antony. And within a mere couple weeks of brainstorming, strategising and whiteboarding we returned to Bounce to present our ideas, and outlayed an epic solution:
